pick up your ticket number in-store any time that suits you.
✅ All tickets are individually numbered and must be collected to confirm entry into the draw.
- 💳 Payment accepted by cash, card, or online link — all sales go through our till and are recorded separately from regular income.
✅All prize vouchers must be redeemed within 2 months of issue (until 1st December 2025).
This allows us to ensure all prizes are properly claimed and recorded before we submit final figures to the council, as required by our Small Society Lottery licence.
If you’ve won a prize, please contact us or visit La Dolce Tavola to arrange collection.
Takeaway use is permitted. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
