Terms & Conditions of booking


!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!! PLEASE READ!!!!

 

Deposits are charged at the time of booking and are then deducted from the bill. A deposit is required to secure any booking. Bookings made without a deposit will be automatically cancelled the following day.

 

Deposits are non refundable if cancelation/date amendment is made less then 72 hours before the booking, this includes a change to number of guests (as deposit is paid per person). If you need to cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance please contact us as refunds are processed manually. 

 

!!!FOR BOOKINGS OF MORE THEN 10 PERSONS PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY!!!


  • Bookings for 8 or more persons require a deposit of £10 per person.


  • Party organiser is responsible to collect and make one final payment (if it needs to be split into more than 4 payments)


  • All tables have an agreed time limit, when booking please ensure you are aware of the duration of reservation, which will also be contained in your booking confirmation. Longer time may be requested; however, minimum spend will apply. 


  • Alcohol is sold until 23.30


  • For booking of 8 to 20 persons, Pre-order (which can be found and download of our website) is required 72 hours in advance. 12.5% service charge also applies.
  • For booking for 20 or more persons set menu might be required. 12.5% service charge also applies.


  • Booking separate tables for large parties is against our booking policy and may result in the bookings been cancelled. 



  • Payments for deposit are accepted in the restaurant or via money transfer to our business account:
